REFUND POLICY

We take pride on delivering what we promise and everything we offer. Your success depends on your full commitment to practice the editing strategies I’ll be sharing with you.

If investing in our services, programs, and products will cause a financial hardship or create stress for you, it'll be in your best interest to invest at a later time.

All purchases are non-refundable, be sure that the program and timing are aligned with you before committing.

Since all sales are final, you waive any rights to chargeback your purchase with your credit card processor.

PROGRAMS

We are 100% committed to giving you strategies, coaching and a step-by-step process that set you up to edit your clutter and be clutter-free. Our goal is to deliver what we promise and much more.

If you're on a payment plan, you agree to make all payments you have committed to. We do not cancel payments, as this is not a membership.

By purchasing the editing and organizing program for all editing and organizing in person sessions, virtual sessions, video and phone programs, you are authorizing the company to charge your credit card as payment for your program. You are responsible for full payment of fees regardless of whether you actually attend or complete the program, and regardless of whether you have selected a lump sum or monthly payment plan.

If a deposit is required for the program, the deposit is non-refundable. By purchasing the editing and organizing program you agree that, if, for any reason, you choose to remove or cancel yourself out of a program prior to the end date of the program, you are obligated to pay and continue paying any outstanding balance(s) for the entire program. To further clarify, no refunds will be issued and all scheduled payments must be on a timely basis whether you complete the program or not.

*If you've gone through the program, completed all the homework, and asked for support from us during the program and still feel our program hasn’t delivered on the promise, submit before and after photos of the areas in your home we worked on before the end of the program and we’ll schedule a phone call. In the rare event of a refund, there'll be a 10% processing fee. You'll also lose access to all materials.

DOWNLOADABLE PRODUCTS

There are no refunds on the materials.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

If your product arrives damaged, send us a photo within 30 days of purchase and we’ll send you a replacement.
