WHAT TO EXPECT
Step 1: Book your quarterly session.
You’ll book your Refresher Day each quarter through member priority scheduling. This way, you’re always on our calendar before busy seasons fill.
Step 2: Experience a deep editing session.
Any spaces we’ve previously organized will receive a full, thoughtful edit. We rework categories, refine systems, and make seasonal or lifestyle adjustments to match the way you live right now.

Both membership options include one Refresher Day per quarter with two organizers for 14 total organizing hours each quarter.
During each Refresher Day, we revisit previously organized spaces with a full edit and reorganization, seasonal and lifestyle-based system updates, and donation removal as space allows in our vehicles.
Your membership also includes priority scheduling, the ability to add additional Refresher Days at member pricing, tailored product recommendations, access to the exclusive client portal, and streamlined communication and reminders.
If you choose the Annual Refresher Membership, your membership rate is secured for 12 months at the time you enroll.

We complete a full edit and reorganization of previously organized spaces only. We’ll refine systems, reset zones, update categories, and make any seasonal or lifestyle adjustments that may be needed. You’ll also receive an end-of-day walkthrough and recommendations for the next quarter’s refresh.

The Refresher Membership is offered by invitation to existing Ethereal Edits clients after an initial organizing project is complete.
Membership may be reserved quarter-to-quarter or annually, depending on how you prefer to plan ongoing support for your home. Quarter-to-quarter membership offers seasonal flexibility, while annual membership reserves all four Refresher Days for the year ahead and secures your membership rate for the year.
Once you’re invited to join, you’ll receive a private link to review current membership options and select the payment preference that feels best for your household.
Organization products, additional organizing hours, additional organizers, extra Refresher Days, and project management fees are billed separately when applicable. Estimates are always provided in advance whenever possible.

Refresher Days are structured work sessions. Your presence is needed at the start of the day, typically for one to two hours, to edit your items together and review any adjustments to the space plan.
After that, we’re happy to continue independently. Questions or decisions that come up can be handled via text or video, depending on your preference.
If you’re not available for the final walkthrough, we’ll share a detailed photo and video recap so you can see exactly what was completed and how the systems have been refined.
Either way, we’ll keep it streamlined and, as always, respectful of your time.

The Refresher Membership is only offered to select clients within the first six months after your organizing project. This is when maintaining momentum matters the most. The best time to protect what you’ve already invested in is before those small, normal signs of drift start to add up.
