WHAT TO EXPECT
Step 1: Book your quarterly session.
You’ll book your Refresher Day each quarter through member priority scheduling. This way, you’re always on our calendar before busy seasons fill.
Step 2: Experience a deep editing session.
Any spaces we’ve previously organized will receive a full, thoughtful edit. We rework categories, refine systems, and make seasonal or lifestyle adjustments to match the way you live right now.
Step 3: Enjoy that refreshing, “just organized” feeling again.

Each quarter includes a Refresher Day with 2 organizers for 14 total hours, plus priority scheduling, member pricing, donation removal (as space allows), product recommendations, member portal access, and quarterly perks.

We complete a full edit and reorganization of previously organized spaces only. We’ll refine systems, reset zones, update categories, and make any seasonal or lifestyle adjustments that may be needed. You’ll also receive an end-of-day walkthrough and recommendations for the next quarter’s refresh.

The Refresher Membership is designed to be predictable and transparent, allowing you to maintain your home with ongoing support planned into the year.
Pricing is provided by invitation and confirmed after your initial organizing project, once the scope of the spaces being maintained is established.
You may choose to book one quarter at a time or reserve your Refresher Days for the full year.
For quarterly membership, payment is due at the beginning of each quarter and reserves your Refresher Day for that season.
For annual membership, payment is due at the beginning of the year and reserves all four Refresher Days for the year ahead.
After each Refresher Day, a final invoice is issued only for any additional organizing hours, organization products used, or project management fees beyond what was included in your membership payment.
If additional organizers or extra days are needed to fully complete your refresher, they will be discussed with you in advance whenever possible and included in the final invoice.
Please note: Organization products and project management fees are billed separately. Estimates are always provided in advance.

Refresher Days are structured work sessions. Your presence is needed at the start of the day, typically for one to two hours, to edit your items together and review any adjustments to the space plan.
After that, we’re happy to continue independently. Questions or decisions that come up can be handled via text or FaceTime, depending on your preference.
If you’re not available for the final walkthrough, we’ll share a detailed photo and video recap so you can see exactly what was completed and how the systems have been refined.
Either way, we’ll keep it streamlined and, as always, respectful of your time.

The Refresher Membership is only offered to select clients within the first six months after your organizing project. This is when maintaining momentum matters the most. The best time to protect what you’ve already invested in is before those small, normal signs of drift start to add up.
